1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM.
2. Attendance: Members present were: Chair- Janet Douglas, Vice Chair - Don Verrill & Anne Pastore, (Absent - Recording Secretary - Sharon Matthews, Marianne Izzo-Morin and Alternate – Don Mixer).

9. Miscellaneous:
A. TT received an Email on July 15th from CEO that there is an Administrative Appeal for the Planning Board Decision of the Wedding Barn at R04/021 #439 Gore Rd. *All agree to meet on Tuesday, August 09, 2016 @ 7:00 PM for this application.
10. Upcoming Dates:
A. Board of Appeal Meeting: Board will meet on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 @ 7:00 PM in the Annex.
